This is one of the best herb books I have read! I wasn't expecting much of it due to the title. But so many people raved about it being for more than just kids, so I purchased it. I am glad I did.
Yes, it is written with children in mind; therefore, it is written in simple, easy to understand terms. But the book covers many herbs and their many uses. It gives simple recipies for salves, tinctures, lozenges, etc.
I highly recommend this book for both children and adults. It will be especially useful for any beginning herbalist!
